My rating: 4 of 5 stars
John Scalzi's books are my guilty pleasure, though I probably wouldn't be ashamed to admit that. Does that make them innocent pleasures? In any case, this is the third novel in the series that started with Old Man's War and it's a banger. The style is the same, the action is still good, the dialogue is ''cinematic'' and the locales are well-built and thought out. If you enjoy space opera, this is just plain fun.
