Fully realizing his work is just another drop in the bucket spilled out into the sea of wandering, weary and willing writers-to-be, he still holds hopes to someday be the next Hank Moody. Review 69: Axiom's End

Axiom's End by Lindsay Ellis
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A smaller-scale sci-fi book with a lot of potential for a great sequel. The book deals with first contact in a way that is well written, but not amazingly original. Most of the book concerns the main character either running, hiding, or being confused. Understandable states of being when you are being pursued by aliens but not all that fun to read. Still, I'll probably read the second one. The foreshadowing was one of the better parts of the book.
